Last night was great! A few friends came over to visit, eat and view some Southern Chick shirts. I should have taken some pics to show you all the craziness with my living room covered in colorful shirts. Thanks to everyone that came, I hope you enjoyed yourself as much as I did.
Today we visited with the ever famous Jo & Pepa. I was inside with the baby most of the day playing and talking with Jo. Hailey was outside "working" with Pepa. She loves going over there to play outside and get dirty. She always looks like a ragamuffin by the time we leave their home. And, it seems we can never get away without a goodies bag to take home. Usually, we are sent home with the 2 bite brownies (yummy!). Today was a little more interesting.
We came home with:
1. A Gourd...grown by Pepa himself. Hailey plans to make a bird house out of it.
2. Persimmons, also known as Possum Apples. A sweet & tasty treat.
3. Sasperilla Root. Hailey wants us to make some tea with it.
4. Three 2 bite brownies for Hailey's snack next week.
Things are never dull around here :)

I wished I could have come but we were moving in our new house. Maybe I will get to go to one of those parties soon. I want to get at least one of those shirts.
