Memorial Weekend

Most Memorial weekends we end up at the lake visiting with friends but this year was different. Hailey and I were enjoying the day and getting ready to go to a birthday party for one of her little friends when I got a phone call from my grandmother who said she was taking my Pepa to the hospital for chest pains. Note, this is not the first time this has happened. He has a couple of stints and a defibrillator all ready... I was worried. Extremely worried, and was very anxious to find out how things were going to turn out. Thankfully, after an artier-gram was performed the doctor was able to make some adjustments to Pepa's heart medication and said that should help prevent any further chest pains. We were are so thankful that things were not worse. I am still a little tired from sitting at the hospital. It is strange how just sitting can wear you out so much but over all the weekend was a success even if it wasn't very much fun. He is home now and feeling better just a little sore. Please keep our family in your prayers.

Sure thing. Having lost both my grandpas about a year and a half apart I know how scary it is when they get older. I hope he is with you for many more years.

I'm sorry to hear about that. Glad things are ok and I hope he is feeling better soon. I know that must have put a damper on the weekend-
