COCONUTS

Let me start with this ~ I think I tasted a rotten coconut last night. Yes, it had to be rotten. There is NO WAY on earth anyone would eat something that tasted like alcoholic vomit on purpose. I must say that buying an exotic fruit at Food World to try at home with Hailey ended up being a big mistake....plus the 15 min or so I wasted trying to open the thing. I ended up throwing it off the porch and busting it on our sidewalk just to get to the "good part" and when I took a bite I almost DIED! I wish I had a picture of Hailey's face to share with you all.... I think it was the most disgusting and most hilarious thing we have ever done! Hailey and I (after brushing our teeth 2 or 3 times and eating lots of junk to get the nasty taste out of our mouths) laughed the rest of the night about that yucky coconut. I may have scarred Hailey for life she said she was never going to eat it again... I won't be eating anymore coconut either unless its topping a very sweet delicous cake! :)
