It's Beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

around here, finally! I managed to get the tree in and my few little nick knacks out and scattered throughout the house this morning. Hailey and I always decorate the tree together and then Brad (who is usually sleeping during the day) gets to put the star on top.

This year, with an extra pair of little hands, the tree decorating went something like this:

Hailey would hang something on the tree

Almost immediately, Blake would reach up to investigate the dangling shiny thing and eventually yank the decoration back off the tree

Hailey would get angry, reprimand him by hollering "NOOO! BLAAAAKE!" and then there was crying and pouting and running to Mommy to make things better

despite the tears shed this year the tree looks great! I can't wait to see them bantering over who's presents are who's on Christmas morning. lol

I LOVE IT! I laughed so hard seeing his pouty face bc I can honestly see that going on. Bless his sweet little heart. If I was there I would have let him run to me. Mean 'ol sis! Tell HP that the tree looks great. Will she come do ours now?!?!?!

That pic of Blake pouting is HILARIOUS! And he doesn't look too happy about Hailey manhandling him in front of the tree, either. The tree looks great, by the way!

I think this will happen to us. Ashley is already "RUINING CHRISTMAS!" by taking ornaments off of Jenna's little fake tree and eating them. Yes, read right. We are getting the big tree tonight. Pray for us!!

Bwess that little guy! This is all so new to him and big sister keeps hollering. :) Love the picture of her holding him. He's like "NO way! you scream at me and then want to hold me and smile." I bet he'll be a blast at Christmas.
