Well, we made it though the weekend...I don't know how!

Friday was a pretty normal day. I got off work a little early and was able to pick up Hailey Paige before the traffic came barreling down 459. Getting off of work early also allotted me the time to run in Brookwood mall and grab a gift for my secret sister. After getting home and changing clothes Hailey and I drove to the the Lion's Den to have dinner with Adamsville's youth group for the Valentine's Banquet. Everyone looked so nice and the entertainment was ..... well entertaining....! Hailey and I got to bed soon after getting home.

Saturday started off with a bang (a little background: I usually wash laundry on Saturday and fold and hang on Sunday), a secret sister brunch had been planned at 10:00 a.m. then I had made plans to meet up with Lauren at 2:00 to go shopping THEN I had to rush back to Bagley, freshen up, go get Lori and drive to Hueytown for Shana's lingerie shower. I was soooooooo worn out when I finally got to go home and crash! Again, a good time but tired on top of tired wasn't cutting it. I was already anxious for my Sunday nap :)

Sunday morning was the usual rush rush.... most of the time Brad and I are in a competition to see who gets ready first but somehow we always run a little behind. I was so incredibly behind on all my "chores" that I was in a tizzy when I came home from worship. Of course I had to cook lunch and get the baby ready for a nap, that's not a biggy and instead of my nap I opted to wash and dry and fold all my crazy laundry..... but then I got a phone call from my tax man and he said that if I could come over to his office in the next 30 min that he could see me. SO instead of tending to my laundry I ran over and got my taxes done (glad we got that out of the way) by the time I got back home I only had 20 min to do anything before having to load Hailey up and go back to church. We made it to church on time and of course after church was a kids devotional. Nathan had a very good lesson and the singing was so nice. Something about children singing praises to God makes my heart feel good. I let Hailey play for a while and of course I got in my girlfriend time too :) by the time we got home from the devo I was really really tired but I knew I couldn't leave the house a mess and so I stayed up extra late getting all my laundry and straitening up done... I even washed the sheets on my bed! When I finally got in the bed I was asleep in in .2 seconds lol

Today....well..... its Monday. The normal awake at 4:30a.m. and drive in routine. No big surprises yet but I am sure the week will work up something.
